1. What type of payment method(s) do Trillionbytes accept?
At the moment we only accept Cheque, Cash , GIRO and direct bank in to our account. Please click here for our account details. We are working round the clock to bring you the credit card facilities and it will be ready in the near future.

3. Does Trillionbytes allow Adult, MP3, Gambling contents on your servers?
No. Adult, MP3, Gambling contents are strictly prohibited on our Servers. All materials on the website should be properly copyrighted/licensed. Trillionbytes will not be responsible for any copy rights infrieged items uploaded to the site. And we reserve the rights to remove the item(s) should we found any offensive contents on our Server.

4. Does Trillionbytes provide free website?
We do have a default page provided upon setup, however, this is only a premitive page for your site, for a more intuitive website, please see our webdesign page.

5. Can I upgrade/change the plan to a different plan at any time? Would there by any extra fee?
Yes. You may upgrade/change to a different plan at any time by contacting our customer service representative. There won't be any setup fee involved, you only have to pay the difference between the new and old plan.

6. Can I install my own application in your Server?
Unfortunately not, for security reason. We do provide a set of standard features as default installation in our Server. However, should you require extra functions, please contact us for further detail, we may workout a solution.

7. How long does it take to setup my hosting account?
We will setup your hosting account as soon as we confirm the payment, usually is within 1 hour during office hour.

8. Do you allow email relay? Or mass mailing marketing?

No. Our Servers are not allowed to relay emails. All emails passing through our Servers are authenticated before sending out. We offer mailing list feature which allow user to send emails to a number of users (maximum of 300), however, only emails exists within the mailing list will receive the email. No random emailing are permitted at our Server.

9. What type of support do you offer? Is there any charges?
We provide free technical email support in 24 x 7 x 365. You can create a Helpdesk Ticket and we will look into the matter as soon as possible. We also offer online live chat as well as phone support during office hours.
Custom Technical Charges applies to special technical support request such as script debugging, custom application installation and other special request.

10. I am concern with my password sending in clear while I upload my files?
Trillionbytes employ a secure 128 bits secure FTP called Gene 6 FTP server. All data, username and password sent are encrypted before transmitting, thus protecting your privacy and site integrity.

11. I never receive the login details you sent me?
We will send you login details to the email accounts you provide us when signing up, try to look into your bulk mail box too, sometimes it got stuck there. Or simply give us a call and we will resend a copy to you.
